| Treatment Conditions: | Plants from pathogen-free Solanum tuberosum var. Shepody, clone 1756, nuclear stock were grown in a screenhouse under natural conditions. Mature, harvested tubers were stored in the dark at 4C, 95% relative humidity for 3 months. RNA was isolated for library construction. A normalized library was constructed following a modified protocol of Bonaldo et al. (1996. Genome Research 6: 791-806). |
