| Treatment Conditions: | supplier: Developmental series. Plants from pathogen-free\ Solanum tuberosum var. Shepody, clone 1756, nuclear stock\ were grown in a screenhouse under natural conditions. \ Emerging, expanding and mature leaves were harvested along the length of the plant and pooled. RNA was isolated and used for library construction. A normalized library was constructed following a modified protocol of Bonaldo et al. (1996. Genome Research 6: 791-806). |
