| Comments | Various sizes of sprouting eyes (2mm to 15mm) were taken from tubers. The tubers were incubated at 26C in the dark for 2-3 weeks prior to sprouting, The eyes were frozen in liquid nitrogen immediately upon removal from tubers. These clones from same library as cSTC |
