| Comments | Suspension cultures of L.esculentum E6203 were grown in Murashige and Skoog based medium, supplemented with 15% coconut milk (filter sterilized and added after autoclaving), 2% saccharose, and 1mg/ml 2,4D (pH5.8). Fresh medium was added every 7 days, and cultures were grown at 25 C, with 12hrs of light and continuous shaking. |
