In the next few years, hundreds of Solanaceae will be sequenced using next generation sequencing methods. A new page is available for managing organisms that are part of the new SOL100 project.

Each node in the tree is also a hyperlink to an organism details page.
Soon, researchers will be able to add new organisms to the list , and edit the status of the perspective sequencing project.

It is now possible to provide information about on-going sequencing projects for an organism on the organism detail pages. If you are involved in sequencing one of the SOL-100 species, please log in and provide the information under the header "SOL100 genome sequencing project data".
