This directory contains a single whole-genome assembly file and an associated gene annotation file.

FLA1.3_genome.fasta.gz

Annotation:
FLA1.3.gene_models.gff.gz

The assembly was produced by assembling Oxford Nanopore sequencing reads with the Canu assembler. The assembly has also been polished with Pilon. 

The gene annotation was established with the Maker pipeline.
