This folder contains downloadable material for Hulse-Kemp et al. (2017) Reference quality assembly of the 3.5-Gb genome of Capsicum annuum from a single linked-read library. Horticulture Research. 5:4. doi:10.1038/s41438-017-0011-0

The final pseudomolecules generated from the paper are presented in a gzipped file Capsicum_annuum_UCD10X_v1.0.fasta.gz

The corresponding pseudohap files as explained in the paper are available in files output_pseudohap2.1.fasta.gz and output_pseudohap2.2.fasta.gz for pseudohap1 and pseudohap2 respectively. Psuedomolecules file was generated through scaffolding of pseudohap1.
