This directory contains the results of blasting the bac end sequences to the mitochondrial genome of Arabidopsis and the chloroplast genome of Nicotiana. The files with the suffix .blastn contain the original blast report, the files in .parsed contain a tab delimited file (output should correspond to the -m8 setting in blast) and the .txt files contain the identifiers of the ends that match organellar genomes with an evalue of below 1e-10.
