The enclosed sequence files (ab1) represent the raw reads for the above mentioned work. Twelve tomato lines were sequenced in forward and reverse directions and the reads for 302 polymorphic loci are included.

The ID for the 12 lines are:

The nomenclature for file names “A_CT10031F.ab1” is at follows:

“A“ is the line ID
“CT” is project ID converted to “SL” for uniqueness in SGN.
“10031” is primer (locus) number
“F” or “R” is the forward or reverse direction of sequence.

Therefore “A_CT10031F.ab1” is the sequence file for line “A”, primer CT10031 (equals SL10031) in the forward direction.
