The tomato genome raw data consist of runs on 454, Solexa, SOLiD, and Sanger platforms and can be obtained from SGN in two ways: 

(1) Download from the SGN FTP site. Due to the extremely large size of the files, a separate login must be requested from SGN. 

(2) You can request the data on an external hard drive that will be mailed to you.
