SEQUENCE FILE DESCRIPTION: All these sequences have been generated by the research groups of Julin Maloof and Neelima Sinha at the University of California, Davis (UC Davis). The sequence was generated using Illumina/Solexa sequencing technology with 80bp paired-end reads. Reads have been filtered to remove adapter contamination. For S. lycopersicum M82 the data consists of 49,034,507 read pairs and 4,128,299 single ends; for S. pennellii there are 54,543,422 read pairs and 3,994,958 single ends. All the sequences are from Illumina paired end reads. + All_M82_merged.PE1.fq, read pair 1 from S. lycopersicum cv M82 + All_M82_merged.PE2.fq, read pair 2 from S. lycopersicum cv M82 + All_M82_merged_SE.fq.tar.gz, single sequences from read pair where one of the pairs where removed by filtering from S. lycopersicum cv. M82 + All_PEN_merged.PE1.fq.gz, read pair 1 from S. pennellii + All_PEN_merged.PE2.fq.gz, read pair 2 from S. pennellii + ALL_PEN_merged_SE.fq.gz, single sequences from read pair where one of the pairs where removed by filtering from S. pennellii Please read the file: MALOOFJ_TOMATO_DATA_ACCESS_AGREEMENT.txt before data usage.
