This unigene build (2009_01_14) was made using 323,473 mRNA sequence from tomato species (Solanum lycopersicum, Solanum pennelli, Solanum pimpinellifolium, Solanum habrochaites, Solanum cheesmaniae, Solanum chilense, Solanum cornelliomuelleri, Solanum lycopersicoides, Solanum neoricki and Solanum peruvianum).

  The assembly was made in two steps:
	1- Preclustering of a selfblast results for sequences with identity percentage > 90% and aligment lenght > 30 bp.
	2- Clustering and calculus of the consensus sequences using CAP3 (parameters by default).
