| Comments | Crown galls were taken from greenhouse plants (4-8 wks old â TA496). They were immediately frozen in liquid nitrogen and then size-separated while remaining frozen. 4 week old plants were stab inoculated with a suspension of Agrobacterium tumefaciens C58 (kindly provided by Dr. Thomas J. Burr). |
