A new, AJAX based ontology browser was added under the tools menu. It allows browsing of all ontologies in the SGN database, including Gene Ontology (molecular function, biological process, component), Plant Ontology (structure and development), Sequence Ontology, and Solanaceae Phenotypes. The ontologies can be searched, and multiple parent relationships can be displayed for a given term.
